It's been nearly four years since the release of their album "This Home Will Be Our Grave" but i must say the wait was totally worth the wait but since i've been only been a fan for a year or two the wait wasn't that long but yeah. So i must say this new album entitled "Celestine" or just their first s/t album is pretty raw between their first two releases "At the borders of arcadia" & "This Home Will Be Our Grave" this one actually contains a bit of a hardcore groove sense to it, like Black Witch is pretty great, it's actually one of those songs that would make you want to shake it or not haha just love the vibe it provides to my ears when i listen to, second on Symptom Of the Soul is by far my favourite song on this album because well as much as i love listening to hardcore vibe here in Iceland but getting to listen to a track by Celestine without screams and such just makes me happy and alot chill to know that their sound has matured alot since their previous releases, Speakerbomb and Bitterman are two of the heaviest songs on the album since their like one minute length, they could have released em' both for like a vinyl release or sum haha, next up is God As A Bastard in my opinion the grooviest song, im loss out of words how to explain this song but lets just continue. Falling Down contains guest vocals from lead vocalist of Two Tickets To Japan's Grétar Mar Sigurðsson whos band you can check out here "http://www.facebook.com/twoticketstojapan " but on with the show, Falling Down is the longest and relaxable song on the album its a must listen to like i said earlier its great to hear and see that Celestine have progressed since their last two releases, alot to say with fewer words, this i must say Celestine's newer release "Celestine or S/T" is beyond incredible, if you ever get the chance to come to Iceland i'd recommend you check out these dudes at a live concert and or just buy their s/t album from them and other stores.
7/10
